Mighty Aphrodite

Middendorf Gallery, Baltimore, MD, 2012

This sculpture is dedicated to Aphrodite, Olympian goddess of beauty, love, pleasure and procreation.  The viewer's presence will bring the cold, industrial aluminum flowers to life. This is realized by using two motion sensors, an audio shield and a servo motor, all connected and coordinated by an Arduino program.
